Korea Bound - Dated October 30

I'm not a regular blogger.  In fact, I'm not a blogger at all.  I could not imagine that anyone would be interested in my day to day life, until now.  Family and friends wanted to be kept updated on how my husband, Michael, and I are doing in Korea.  So, I began posting updates on our Korean Odessy to Facebook.  I soon learned that, although Facebook is a useful tool, it is not the optimal tool for keeping our friends and family up to date on our lives in Korea.

I've copied some of the Facebook status and wall comments to this blog.  For those blog posts, the dates in the titles reflect the posting date on Facebook.

We are truly Korea bound. Michael will be working for the Army Corps of Engineers at Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, South Korea. He's leaving December 7th. He was originally scheduled to report on November 22nd. I'm glad that the date changed so that he can be home for Thanksgiving! I'm planning to stay in Atlanta ...to finish out the school year with our exchange student, and then I'll be Korea bound, too!
